Applications in prescribed form are invited from local candidates having CTET/STET certificate for filling up the 352 vacancies of Graduate Teachers in Humanities, Biology and Mathematics under Human Resource Development Department, Government of Sikkim through direct recruitment. Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification : Candidates should have completed Degree from a recognized University with Hons for major language group i.e Nepali, Hindi. Candidates must have obtained Sikkim State Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) certificate.

Age Limit : Candidates should have attained the age of 18 years but should not have exceeded the age of 30 years. The maximum age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and BL candidates, four (4) years for MBC and three (3) years for OBC candidates, respectively.

Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 to Rs. 34,800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-.

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination and Personality Test.
1. Written examination will contain 3 papers :
a. General English : 100 marks
b. General Knowledge : 100 marks
c. Main Subjects : 300 marks
2. After qualifying the written Examination :
a. Classroom Demonstration/Personality test : 60 marks

Application Fee : Candidates need to remit the amount of Rs. 150/-.

How to Apply : Candidates can download the Application form from www.spscksm.gov.in . The form should be filled up by the candidates himself/herself and submitted in the office of Joint Director of HRDD in their respective district along with original Bank Receipt of State Bank of Sikkim.
