TSPGLCET/TSLAWCET2015 : Kakatiya University, Warangal, Telangana State has issued the Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test(PGLCET) 2015 5th March, 2015. This entrance test for entry into first year LL.M Regular and Self Financing Courses in the Colleges of Law in Telangana state for the academic year 2015-16.

The PGLCET will be conducted by the Convener, Department of Law, Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education(TSCHE), Hyderabad. This Post Graduate LAWCET 2015 will be held on 19/05/2015 by 2.30 PM to 2.30 PM. The University invites Online Applications from eligible Candidates for admission into first year LL.M courses offered by state Universities in Telangana State including their Affiliated Colleges.

Educational qualifications :

a) Candidates holding LL.B./B.L. degree on the date of application and candidates who have appeared/appearing for LL.B./B.L. Final year examination are also eligible.

b) The Candidates seeking admission into LL.M. (Private Appearance) of Osmania University, Hyderabad shall have a minimum experience of 3-years as a judicial officer or 3-years standing as an advocate on the date of appearing for PGLCET 2015.

TS Telangana ECET Notification and Online Application 2015

Telangana State TS- ECET Notification 2015 Announced online application begin from 6th May.

The Government of Telangana and the state council for higher education is announced the TSECET Notification for Engineering Common Entrance Test on 28th February for getting eligibility for admission in to BE, B.Tech and B.Pharmacy Programmes / courses offered University's and their affiliated colleges in the state. The Telangana state council for higher education announced the TGECET 2015 notification on 28th February and the application registration is begin from 6th March through online and the registration submission will be available up to 15th May with late fee charges and the TSCHE announced the Engineering Common Entrance Test is scheduled on 21st May at 9 centers in the state 10 districts.

Eligibility :

The Diploma holders of Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy and B.Sc.(Mathematics) Degree holders of B.Sc.(Mathematics)[FDH & B.Sc.(Mathematics)] candidates are eligible to apply the Telangana state Engineering Common Entrance Test 2015 for getting eligibility for admission in to BE , B.Tech and B.Pharmacy Programmes/ courses in the state colleges.

Mode of Application Submission or Registration 

The Candidates who have eligible to apply they can submit he/she Telangana ECET application registration through online at the TSECET official website and the TSCHE is confirmed there is no offline application registration for TGECET 2015. Who have interested and who are eligible they can submit before 15th May with late fee charges after then there no possible to apply.

Fee of Online Registration and Payable Methods

Everyone who have wish to submitted the TSECET Online Application 2015 they can pay the application registration fee of Rs 300/- at any Meeseva or eSeva centers allover in the state and the applicants can pay the ECET fee with using their Debit, Credit cards through payment gateway of TGECET 2015 and the registration available with late fee charges of Rs 500/-, Rs 1000/-, Rs 5000/- and Rs 10,000/- before end of the online application service.

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 20 – 28 years as on 01-12-2014 i.e candidates born between 01-12-1986 & 01-12-1994 (both days inclusive). Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree (Graduation level) from a recognised university, or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central/ State Government.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of online test (General Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, Marketing Aptitude/ Computer Knowledge) & interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.600/- for General and OBC candidates, Rs.100/- for SC/ ST/ PWD/ XS candidates through online or offline mode.

Offline Mode: After submission of online application form take printout of the system generated fee payment challan immediately. Fee will be accepted from 2nd working day after registration and can be made within three working days at any branch of State Bank of India. On payment of the requisite fee through computer generated challan form, registration of the online application will be complete.

Online Payment: Fee payment will have to be made online through payment gateway available there at. The payment can be made by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates. On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt will be generated, take print out of it.

How to Apply: Eligible Indian Citizens can apply online through the website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in from 20-11-2014 to 09-12-2014.




Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Before applying online candidates first scan their photograph and signature.
2. Log on through the website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in.
3. Now open the appropriate Online Application Format available in the “Careers with us”.
4. Fill the application carefully with all the details. Once the application is filled in completely, candidate should submit the data.
5. When the data is saved, a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
6. Candidate should note down the registration number and password.
7. Candidates can re-open the saved data using registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed
8. After submission of online application form, proceed to Fee Payment.
9. Pay the prescribed fee through online/ offline mode in the respective bank.
10. On sucessful completion of fee payment process, registration of the online application will be complete.
11. After completion of registration process, take print out copies of application form and fee receipt/ e-receipt for future use.

ప‌రీక్ష‌లో: జ‌న‌ర‌ల్ అవేర్‌నెస్‌, జ‌న‌ర‌ల్ ఇంగ్లిష్‌, క్వాంటిటేటివ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్‌, రీజ‌నింగ్ ఎబిలిటీ, మార్కెటింగ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్‌/ కంప్యూట‌ర్ నాలెడ్జ్ అంశాల‌పై ప్ర‌శ్న‌ల‌డుగుతారు. ఒక్కో విభాగం నుంచి 40 చొప్పున ప్ర‌శ్న‌లుంటాయి. అంటే ఈ 5 విభాగాల‌కు 200 మార్కులు. ప‌రీక్ష వ్య‌వ‌ధి 2 గంట‌ల 15 నిమిషాలు. (200 ప్ర‌శ్న‌ల‌కు 135 నిమిషాల్లో స‌మాధానాలు గుర్తించాలి) ప్ర‌శ్న‌ప‌త్రం ఇంగ్లిష్, హిందీ మాధ్య‌మాల్లో ఉంటుంది. ప్ర‌తి త‌ప్పు స‌మాధానానికీ పావు మార్కు చొప్పున త‌గ్గిస్తారు.

క‌టాఫ్ ఇలా...

అభ్య‌ర్థులు ప్ర‌తి సెక్ష‌న్‌లోనూ నిర్ణీత క‌టాఫ్ మార్కులు సాధించాలి. సెక్ష‌న్ల వారీ సాధించాల్సిన మార్కుల‌ను బ్యాంక్ నిర్ణ‌యిస్తుంది. సాధార‌ణంగా ఈ క‌టాఫ్ మార్కులు ప‌రీక్ష‌కు హాజ‌రైన అభ్య‌ర్థులు ఆయా సెక్ష‌న్ల వారీ చూపిన ప్ర‌తిభ ఆధారంగా నిర్ణ‌యిస్తారు. ఎక్కువ మంది అభ్య‌ర్థులు ఒక సెక్ష‌న్‌లో ఎక్కువ మార్కులు సాధిస్తే ఆ సెక్ష‌న్ క‌టాఫ్ ఎక్కువ‌గానూ, త‌క్కువ మార్కులు సాధిస్తే క‌టాఫ్ త‌క్కువ‌గానూ ఉంటుంది. ఆయా సెక్ష‌న్ల‌లో కేట‌గిరీ వారీ ప‌రీక్ష రాసిన అభ్య‌ర్థులంద‌రి మొత్తం మార్కుల‌ను కూడి వ‌చ్చిన స‌గ‌టును క‌టాఫ్‌గా నిర్ణ‌యించ‌డం ఒక ప‌ద్ధ‌తి. మొత్తం ఖాళీలను అనుస‌రించి క‌టాఫ్ పెంచ‌డం, త‌గ్గించ‌డం లాంటివి నిర్ణ‌యిస్తారు. ఖాళీలు, అభ్య‌ర్థులు చూపిన ప్ర‌తిభ రెండింటిపైనా క‌టాఫ్ మార్కులు ముడిప‌డి ఉంటాయి. అయితే పోస్టులు ఎక్కువ‌గా ఉండి ప్ర‌తిభ చూపిన అభ్య‌ర్థుల సంఖ్య త‌క్కువ‌గా ఉంటే క‌టాఫ్ త‌క్కువ‌గా ఉంటుంది. పోస్టులు త‌క్కువ‌గా ఉండే సంద‌ర్భంలో క‌టాఫ్ ఎక్కువ‌గా ఉంటుంది. అలాగే ప్ర‌శ్న‌ప‌త్రం స్థాయిపైనా క‌టాఫ్ ఆధార‌ప‌డి ఉంటుంది. క‌ఠినంగా ఉంటే క‌టాఫ్ త‌క్కువ‌గాను, సులువుగా ఉంటే క‌టాఫ్ మార్కు ఎక్కువ‌గానూ ఉంటుంది. అందుకే అభ్య‌ర్థులు అన్ని సెక్ష‌న్ల‌కూ స‌మ ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వాలి. అన్ని సెక్ష‌న్ల‌లోనూ మంచి మార్కులు సాధించి, ఏదో ఒక సెక్ష‌న్‌లో పూర్తిగా వెనుకబ‌డిపోతే అవ‌కాశాన్ని చేజార్చుకున్న‌ట్టే. ప్ర‌తి సెక్ష‌న్లోనూ 50 శాతం మార్కులు పొందితే క‌టాఫ్ గండం గ‌ట్టెక్కిన‌ట్టే.

ఇంట‌ర్వ్యూకు ఎంపిక ఇలా...

ప్ర‌తి కేట‌గిరీ నుంచి మొత్తం ఖాళీల‌కు మూడు రెట్ల సంఖ్య‌లో అభ్య‌ర్థుల‌ను ఇంట‌ర్వ్యూకి పిలుస్తారు. అభ్య‌ర్థులు ఇంట‌ర్వ్యూలోనూ క‌నీస అర్హ‌త మార్కులు సాధించ‌డం త‌ప్ప‌నిస‌రి. ఈ మార్కుల‌ను కూడా బ్యాంకే నిర్ణ‌యిస్తుంది. క‌నీస అర్హ‌త మార్కుల విష‌యంలో ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, ఓబీసీ, పీహెచ్‌, ఎక్స్ స‌ర్వీస్‌మెన్ అభ్య‌ర్థుల‌కు 5 శాతం స‌డ‌లింపు ఉంటుంది. అభ్య‌ర్థికి స్థానిక భాష‌లో ఉన్న ప్రావీణ్యాన్ని కూడా ఇంట‌ర్వ్యూలో గ‌మ‌నిస్తారు. దీనికి కూడా 10 శాతం వెయిటేజీ ఉంటుంది. రాత ప‌రీక్ష‌లో సాధించిన మార్కులు, ఇంట‌ర్వ్యూలో పొందిన మార్కులు ఈ రెండింటినీ కూడి తుది నియామ‌కాల‌ను చేప‌డ‌తారు.

ఎంపికైతే...

ఈ నియామ‌కం ద్వారా ఎంపికైన అభ్య‌ర్థి ముంబైలో పోస్టింగ్ పొందితే ప్ర‌స్తుతం ఉన్న స్కేల్ ప్ర‌కారం రూ.17,500 వేత‌నంగా పొందొచ్చు. అయితే జీత‌భ‌త్యాలు అభ్య‌ర్థి ప‌నిచేసే ప్రాంతాన్ని బ‌ట్టి స్వ‌ల్పంగా మారతాయి. ప్ర‌స్తుతం బ్యాంక్ క్ల‌రిక‌ల్ కేడ‌ర్ ఉద్యోగుల మూల‌వేత‌నం రూ.7200గా ఉంది. దీనికి డీఏ, హెచ్ఆర్ఏ, సిటీ ఆల‌వెన్సు...త‌దిత‌రాలు అద‌నంగా ఉంటాయి. కొద్ది నెల‌ల్లో కొత్త పే స్కేలు అమ‌లులోకొస్తుంది. మూల‌వేత‌నం రూ.ప‌దివేల‌కు త‌గ్గ‌కుండా రూ.ప‌ద‌కొండు వేల వ‌ర‌కు చేరుకోవ‌చ్చు. అంటే క్ల‌రిక‌ల్ కేడ‌ర్ ఉద్యోగులు ఏ ప్రాంతంలో పోస్టింగ్ పొందిన‌ప్ప‌టికీ నెల‌కు రూ.20,000 వ‌ర‌కు వేత‌నంగా ఆశించొచ్చు. హైద‌రాబాద్‌, విశాఖ‌ప‌ట్నం లాంటి చోట్ల‌ రూ.23,000 వ‌ర‌కు పొందొచ్చు. 6 నెల‌ల పాటు ప్రొబేష‌న్ వ్య‌వ‌ధి ఉంటుంది. అనంత‌రం శాశ్వ‌త ఉద్యోగులుగా విధుల్లోకి తీసుకుంటారు.

తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల విద్యార్థులు భ‌య‌ప‌డే విభాగం ఇదే. అయితే క్ల‌రిక‌ల్ పోస్టులకు పోటీ రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిలో ఉంటుంది కాబ‌ట్టి ఆందోళ‌న చెందాల్సిన ప‌నిలేదు. అలాగ‌ని చెప్పి ఈ విభాగాన్ని నిర్ల‌క్ష్యం చేస్తే ప్ర‌మాద‌మే. ఎందుకంటే ఈ విభాగంలో ఎక్కువ మార్కులు స్కోర్ చేసిన‌వాళ్లు పోస్టింగ్‌ని సొంతం చేసుకోవ‌చ్చు. కాబ‌ట్టి ప్రాథ‌మికాంశాల‌తో ప్రిప‌రేష‌న్ ప్రారంభించాలి. వ్యాక‌ర‌ణంపై ప‌ట్టు సాధించాలి. ఈ విభాగంలో కొద్దిపాటి స‌న్న‌ద్ధ‌త‌తో ఎక్కువ మార్కులు స్కోర్ చేయ‌డానికి అవ‌కాశం ఉండే అంశాల‌పై (ఉదాహ‌ర‌ణ‌కు ఆర్టిక‌ల్స్) ముందు దృష్టి కేంద్రీక‌రించాలి. క‌నీసం 25 మార్కుల‌కు త‌గ్గ‌కుండా చూసుకుని, మిగిలిన విభాగాల్లో రాణిస్తే ఉద్యోగం పొంద‌డం సాధ్య‌మ‌వుతుంది. పారాగ్రాఫ్ ప్ర‌శ్న‌లు, ఖాళీల‌ను పూరించ‌డంపై దృష్టి పెట్టాలి. స‌మ‌యం ఉంటే ప‌ద‌సంప‌ద‌ను మెరుగుప‌ర్చుకోవాలి.

క్వాంటిటేటివ్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్‌

పరీక్షలో అధిక సమయం పట్టే విభాగాల్లో ఇదొకటి. అందువల్ల స‌మ‌యం వృథా కాకుండా చూసుకోవ‌డం ముఖ్యం. త‌క్కువ వ్య‌వ‌ధిలో జ‌వాబు రాబ‌ట్ట‌గ‌లిగే ప్ర‌శ్న‌ల‌పై ముందు దృష్టి పెట్టాలి. త‌ర్వాత స‌మ‌యం ఉంటే మిగిలిన ప్ర‌శ్న‌ల సంగ‌తి ఆలోచించ‌వ‌చ్చు. కొన్ని ప్ర‌శ్న‌లు చ‌ద‌వ‌డానికే క‌నీసం నిమిషం ప‌డుతుంది. అభ్య‌ర్థులు తెలివిగా వీటిని ముట్టుకోక‌పోవ‌డ‌మే మంచిది. అలాగే జ‌వాబు రాబ‌ట్ట‌డానికి ఎక్కువ ప్రొసీజ‌ర్ అవ‌స‌ర‌మ‌య్యే వాటిని కూడా ప‌క్క‌న‌పెట్టేయ‌డ‌మే శ్రేయ‌స్క‌రం. మొత్తం ప్ర‌శ్న‌ప‌త్రం పూర్త‌యిన త‌ర్వాత స‌మ‌యం ఉంటే ఈ రెండు ర‌కాల ప్ర‌శ్న‌ల‌కూ జ‌వాబులు రాబ‌ట్ట‌డానికి ప్ర‌య‌త్నించ‌డం తెలివైన నిర్ణ‌యం అవుతుంది. అభ్య‌ర్థికి తెలివితేట‌ల‌తోపాటు తెలివిగా నిర్ణ‌యాలు తీసుకోవ‌డం కూడా అవ‌స‌ర‌మే. తెలివితేట‌లు, నిర్ణ‌యాల‌ మ‌ధ్య స‌మ‌న్వ‌యం కుదిరితేనే విజ‌య‌తీరాల‌ను చేరొచ్చు. 

కూడికలు, తీసివేతలు, గుణకారాలు, భాగహారాలు, ఘనాలు, ఘన మూలాలు, వర్గాలు, వర్గమూలాలు, శాతాలు, భిన్నాలకు సంబంధించిన అంశాల మీద మంచి పట్టు సాధించాలి. వ‌డ్డీ రేట్లు, వాటాలు, కాలం-పని, కాలం-దూరం, రైళ్లు, వ‌య‌సు మీద ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి. శాతాలు, నిష్ప‌త్తుల‌పైనా అవ‌గాహ‌న పెంచుకోవాలి. కొంత డేటా ఇచ్చి ప్ర‌శ్న‌లు అడుగుతారు. దాన్ని విశ్లేషించ‌గ‌లిగితే ఐదు మార్కులు సులువుగా సొంతం చేసుకున్న‌ట్టే.

రీజ‌నింగ్ ఎబిలిటీ

అభ్యర్థులు సంఖ్యలు, అక్షరాలు, పదాలపై ఎక్కువ సాధన చేయవలసి వుంటుంది. వర్గాలు, ఘనాలు, వర్గమూలాలు, ఘన మూలాలపై పట్టు సాధించాలి. ప్రశ్నను చూసిన వెంటనే జవాబు రాసేవిధంగా సాధన చేయాలి. ప్రాథ‌మికాంశాల‌పై దృష్టి పెట్టాలి. త‌క్కువ స‌మ‌యంలో తెలివిగా ఆలోచించి జ‌వాబు గుర్తించే నైపుణ్యం పెంచుకోవాలి. దీనికి సాధ‌న ఒక్క‌టే మార్గం. వీలైన‌న్ని మోడ‌ల్ ప్ర‌శ్న‌లు బాగా ప్రాక్టీస్ చేయాలి. నోటితోనే లెక్కించ‌గ‌లిగే నైపుణ్యాన్ని పెంపొందించుకోవాలి.

Sania Mirza Dedicates Historic WTA Finals Triumph to "My India"

Sania Mirza said winning at the WTA finals was tougher than winning a Grand Slam because players needed to beat all the top doubles teams from the world in a single tournament.

Sania's mother, Nasima has been her pillar of strength ever since she started playing tennis and the player had strong words of respect for her. Sania also thanked Telangana, a relatively new Indian state, which has provided her with all the support and encouragement ever since its inception after separating from Andhra Pradesh.

"I've always had great support from my family, my parents in particular. My mother (Nasima), who is here with me, has been my lucky charm. My state Telangana has also been very supportive. There are so many emotions going through me right now, it's an amazing feeling and I'm truly grateful," said Sania, who consciously took the decision to stop playing singles a few years ago, to concentrate on her doubles career.

The fact that Sania and Black won 12 straight games in the final against their second-seeded opponents, who were also the defending champions, made the win even more special.

Sania also became the first Indian player to win a season finale in almost 40 years. Apart from her, the only other Indian to achieve this feat was Vijay Amritraj, who won the men's doubles event in the ATP finals in 1977 partnering American Dick Stockton.

"It's a very special feeling, to be the first Indian in such a long time," Sania said.

"Given that our country has produced a number of great players -- Mahesh Bhupathi, Leander Paes, Vijay and Anand Amritraj, Ramesh and Ramanathan Krishnan -- this achievement means a lot."

Sania may not have won a Grand Slam with the 35-year-old Black but a win in the WTA finals was also a huge achievement, according to the Indian.

"To finish on a high with Cara is fantastic. We started our partnership with victories in Tokyo and Beijing (late last year), and we're finishing the same way." Sania added.

"This tournament is tougher than a Grand Slam because you are up against the eight best teams in the world. In a Grand Slam, you have a chance to play yourself in and you are guaranteed of not meeting a top team until the quarters."

Playing in her first WTA finals event, Sania had thought she was in good form coming into the tournament.

"Mentally and emotionally, I was just where I needed to be coming into this tournament. I was really charged up, excited to be in my first season-ending event. Physically, I have been better, but that's an athlete's lot and you deal with it the best you can. I have some time off now. It's very, very special to be able to sign off the season with a win in the biggest tournament in our calendar," said Sania, who enjoys superstar-like fame as a sporting athlete in India.

A mixed doubles crown at the US Open, a gold and a bronze medal at the Asian Games and a doubles title in Japan, Sania's late-season run has been something to notice even for veteran players of the sport.

The WTA finals win with Black on what could possibly be the pair's last appearance together at any tournament, comes as a big cherry at the top of all the success and adulation for the beaming Indian.

Government have decided to take up the Intensive Household Survey to enumerate all the households in the Telangana state, on 19th August 2014. The survey would be carried out by deploying all the available employees to collect the data on various parameters, in the meeting conducted by the Hon’ble Chief Minister on 01-08-2014.
